I’m an instructor of the Ukrainian Yoga Federation and a member of the European Yoga Alliance. In this tradition, yoga is seen as a living system — shaped by people who practice, study, and share it.
Welcome
I’m glad you’re here, let’s get to know each other!
My name is Kseniia. I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 10 years. For me, Yoga is a path of transformation. It moves through small steps, leading to a real change and helping us understand who we truly are.
My first education is in mathematics, and I have worked in the IT field for more than a decade. This gave me a structured yet thoughtful approach: in my classes, I aim not just to guide movement, but to offer principles that support everyday life and long-term growth.
In addition to yoga, I’ve been dancing for many years. I'm a member of the Ukrainian Dance Federation and the International Dance Council (CID UNESCO). Movement, breath, and self-expression have always been part of how I understand the body — and today they flow naturally into the way I teach.
Now I live in Berlin and teach yoga in this lovely city. I would love to share my experience with you and co-create a space for reflection and presence — where growth happens gently, and each person can follow their own rhythm.
See you on the mat!
