What to expect
Breathing and movement become shallow when parts of the body remain inactive or tense. When certain muscles are not engaged, depth is lost and the inner state becomes limited. By gently activating underused muscles and releasing areas of tension, we create space for freedom in movement and breath, which naturally brings change to our inner state.
Working with the body and breath in this way supports not only physical balance, but also emotional stability and psychological resilience.
During the course, we will:
learn the basic principles for working with the body in yoga
experience and practice the full yogic breathing technique
shape body and breathing techniques that support your individual needs
